HOLD POLICY
You can freeze your account for up to 30 days (1) time within a twelve-month period, unless a medical condition would require otherwise. Failure to communicate with the business at the 30-day mark, will result in your account being reactivated for service on the 31st day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Though we don’t like to say it out loud and don’t have much practice with people leaving us, it is critical to your success that you want to be part of the program. As such, you are free to terminate your Agreement with 30 days’ advance notice. We do not accept termination requests by phone or email. Please come on in!
